BEFORE PURCHASING
A LION'S WHELP utilizes several sources to purchase blank apparel (shirts, hoodies, hats, etc.). We encourage you to measure yourself to ensure you are ordering the proper size apparel. We will do all we can to keep our customers updated on sizing (true to size or if product is cut slightly larger).
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We currently only ship domestically within the United States, and hopefully will be expanding soon to other areas internationally. A LION'S WHELP uses a "Made to Order" (MTO) process where clothing production begins after the customer has placed an order. This means each item is custom made and inspected to ensure the customer is receiving top quality apparel. Though our goal is to have a quicker delivery process, please allow 5-6 weeks delivery from the order date. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, A LION'S WHELP cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, pandemic, shipping delays, and or service interruptions, etc.

Once your item(s) have shipped, you will receive a notification or email with tracking number. A LION'S WHELP cannot be held responsible for packages once they are shipped or delivered.

REFUND POLICY
To be eligible for a return you must contact us within 15 days of receiving your purchased item(s). Unfortunately after 15 days, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. In order for a product to be in perfect condition, it must be unworn, unwashed, and have no traces of hair, deodorant, makeup, sweat, or distinct smells and include original tags, if applicable. Item(s) returned due to possible defect are subject to verification and approval. You will also need the receipt, for proof of purchase.

If your return is verified and accepted, you will be instructed where to send your return, once a return is received, it takes 7-14 business days to process and 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited to the payment method used at the time of purchase for the value of the item(s) returned and any applicable taxes associated with the order. Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs to you are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee and cannot be held responsible if we do not receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Damages and issues
While we do our best to secure our products before a shipping company receives them, please upon arrival inspect your order and contact us immediately within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it immediately.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item you may be purchasing.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the incorrect item you have, and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return item(s), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can possibly take 3-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
